Prices are in US dollars, the currency our payment provider charges in; Australian dollar amounts are approximate. GST is added at checkout where it applies, and every purchase comes with an invoice. Every plan covers every scheme the tool supports, with rule updates included.

One business

Each business counts once a year, however many schemes or returns you lodge for it. A group with several employing entities can use these plans for its own businesses. If you look after only one or two businesses, the one-business plan for each works out the same or cheaper.

Going over your plan? Email us and pay the difference to the next plan. Your key keeps working.

Early access: 10 places. Bookkeepers and businesses who try the tool on a real return and send us a short note we can quote (first name and type of business only) get the full version free until 28 February 2027, which covers the January returns, and then half price for their first paid year. Email us to ask for a place.

How buying works

You pay once for 12 months and get a licence key by email, usually within one Australian business day. Paste it into the tool and it removes the worker limit until the expiry date. The key is checked on your own computer; the tool still sends nothing anywhere. Nothing renews automatically: we'll email you before your key runs out. Your price is fixed for the 12 months you pay for. If our list prices go up, customers who renew keep the list price they were on. Introductory discounts, including the early access half-price year, cover only the year they are given.

Until online checkout is switched on, email us with the plan you'd like and we'll send a payment link. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.

Charities

Charities registered with the ACNC get 30% off any paid plan. Email us with your ABN and we'll send a discounted payment link. Discounts don't stack: if you qualify for more than one, we'll apply whichever gives the lower price.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of the key being issued and we'll refund you in full. See the terms.
